Great message! I especially liked how you got all of us to hold onto a rough stone…definitely built a sense of expectancy. I kept putting it beside me on the seat, since it was so uncomfortable to hold - sort of like how I can easily put aside my own unforgiveness for others because it’s uncomfortable to deal with. I was glad to finally place it on the floor at the front of the church along with my decision to let go of the right to keep telling my own stories of victimization.
The one statement that hit home the most for me was…”Do I relish the memory of how others have hurt me?”
