Allan has served in Pastoral ministry since 1975 and came to Hillcrest with his wife Darlene in 1992. He has a passion to see people discover the security of God’s love and His special purpose for their life. Allan and Darlene have two married children and four grandchildren. Allan has always loved the force of a Saskatchewan wind so to enjoy it to the full he enjoys sailing in the summer and a prairie blizzards in the winter.

Steve Atkins – LifeGroups – steve[at]hillcrestchurch.ca
Steve started at Hillcrest in Youth Ministry in 2002 and transitioned in September 2009 to directing LifeGroups whwre about 180 people meet weekly in 18 groups. Steve also has a passion to preach and speaks frequently at Hillcrest. Steve is married to Marnie and they have two boys, Javan and Judah.

Daycee Richardson – Children’s Ministry – daycee[at]hillcrestchurch.ca
Daycee joined our Team in 2003 with a passion to minister to Kids and raise up others for Children’s Ministry. She leads a team of over 70 volunteers. Daycee is also part of the Reach Team and has a passion for missions in our community and beyond. She serves parttime at Hillcrest, will complete a Masters Degree at BBS in 2010, and in her spare time has a photography business. Daycee is married to Kevin Richardson.

Kevin Ratzlaff – Worship Arts – kevin[at]hillcrestcgurch.ca
Kevin and his wife Carol served as volunteer leaders in Worship Ministries until Kevin joined the staff parttime in January 2009. Kevin leads a growing team of musicians, singers, actors, and technicians who serve each week in the Celebration Service, ROKS and other special occassions. He is a busy father of six, assists Carol with home-schooling, is a Masters student at BBS, and also has a passion to reach out to out community.

Jodi Hartung – Youth Ministry – jodi[at]hillcrestchurch.ca
Jodi is the newest member of our Team, giving leadership to Youth Ministries since September 2009. Though a first time Youth Pastor, Jodi comes with extensive training and experience. She is a graduate of BBC and is half way through the Youth and Family Ministries Masters Degree at BBS. As a young girl Jodi attended Southern Alberta Bible Camp and began serving there in ministry eventually carrying leadership, training, and speaking roles during her college years. Jodi also served an extensive internship in Youth Ministry in Lethbridge Evangelical Church. Welcome Jodi!

Laura Blackman – Administration – info[at]hillcrestchurch.ca
Laura serves as Administrative Assistant to the Pastor overseeing the office, reception, data processing, news letter, and publishing. Laura’s passion is to serve with joy and bring order out of chaos. She helps create a great atmosphere for staff, volunteers, guests, and those who connect by phone. Laura is married to Duncan. She works Monday to Thursday and is assisted in the office by several volunteers plus
Myrna Forge who serves Thursdays publishing the weekly bulletin and Karen MacNaughton who serves Fridays.

Doug Siggelkow – Facility Management & Maintenance
Doug works with the Facilities Committee to oversees maintenance and upgrading of our 25 year old facilities. Doug also serves as the ACOP Director of Missions for Central America where is he and his wife Donna served as Missionaries.
Star & Art Dueck – Janitorial
Star and Art serve the people of Hillcrest by helping keep our facility cleans, safe, and attractive. They must be amazing …they cheerfully deal with our garbage!
